FAQ
You need a passport valid for at least 6 months on arrival, a valid visa (e.g. Umrah or tourist visa) and your booking documents. We will inform you in good time about all current requirements.
Umrah can be performed all year round outside the days of Hajj. October to March offers a more pleasant climate; demand is especially high during Ramadan, so we recommend booking early.
Register your interest without obligation via our booking form or WhatsApp. Places are allocated according to the rules of the Saudi authorities; we will guide you through every step of the registration.
For many nationalities (including German passport holders), Umrah outside the Hajj season is also possible with a Saudi tourist e-visa. Rules may change – we are happy to check your individual case.
